Facebook Group Rules
These are the rules you agreed to when joining our private Facebook Group. These are here for your record, and serve the purpose to ensure you have easy access to information.

I started these Facebook groups to provide a space for those wanting to grow. Our community is here to provide information and resources to families and individuals. The goal of each lesson is to build a better tomorrow for ourselves and those we care about. The more we can come together, collaborate, and work together, the more we can build each other up and be seen.
We're creating a space that allows people to get information and grow. Part of that stems from creating a container where members feel safe to ask questions and learn. Our Conscious Parenting Facebook Group is one container. Our Haven Facebook Group is another container. In order for us to build a comfortable space, that requires having a few rules in place for our community members to follow. 1 CONSENT:
You agree to ask for consent before giving advice to someone who has made a post. You agree to ask before sharing information with others outside of this group about what others have shared.
2 CONSCIOUS:
You agree to do your best at staying conscious, and noticing when you go unconscious. You agree to notice when you stop engaging and being present. Once you do, you agree to re-commit.
3 BE RESPECTFUL:
You agree to be kind and constructive when you add a new post, ask a question, or comment on someone else’s contribution. Snarky remarks or spam will be deleted immediately.
4 CONFIDENTIALITY:
You agree to keep what is posted here confidential. We are creating a container of safety. You will not use someone’s name or posts without asking for consent.
5 CULTURE/COMMUNITY:
There will be different beliefs systems, religious backgrounds, past experiences and more. You agree to honor that we are each different and practice acceptance and non-judgment.
6 CONTRIBUTION:
You agree that you will contribute to this group, that your vulnerability and open sharing will be a great contribution, and will help others to step up and be courageous.
7 CARE/COMPASSION:
You agree to take care of yourself. If something is triggering you, notice where in the past you have been triggered like this, and reach out to ask for help.
8 SHARING OF YOURSELF:
Share who you really are. Post beautiful amazing photos, breakthrough moments, and little snippets of your life. Let us celebrate you. Let us celebrate each other!!
9 COMMUNICATION:
You agreed to communicate and connect here and do so in a way that is filled with empathy. We will not tolerate hate, bullying or abusive language here.
10 CELEBRATION:
You agree to celebrate with us; to share your wins, your breakthroughs, and to celebrate other community members' wins, breakthroughs etc.
